Excellent service. Was directed to use the kiosk to avoid the long line and it worked great - fast and efficient. Was given the option to choose my vehicle as soon as I stepped outside. Will definitely rent from this location again.
Great experience at Chicago O'Hare Enterprise. Thank you! Ian was a great help. Providing the EZ Pass for an additional $8.00 a day was a huge help for us. We hit many tolls, and never had to worry about having exact change.

Rented from Enterprise a couple of weeks ago. Their service was excellent and super friendly. I travel for business, so what matters most is that they had what I needed; when I needed it. Consequently, I am renting another Enterprise car this coming week.
Rented from Enterprise last weekend at O'Hare Airport in Chicago. Got excellent service both picking up and returning. I plan to continue to rent with Enterprise.
I just rented from this Enterprise office last weekend. While I've rented from Enterprise for years I honestly found this office to be better than most. Ryan, the agent who found my reservation and took me to the car offered several choices. He was also just very positive. Returning the car was equally painless and quick. A shuttle to the airport was immediately available. Enterprise should use this management modelfor all its branches.
The process for fuel is confusing. Over and Over I explained that I would refuel before returning. The Enterprise representative was not listening. I chose prepay is end issue. The Enterprise representative taking care of me on my return, made an adjustment that I was satisfied with and I'm a HAPPY customer. The Tahoe did have some miles on it, but met my transportation needs.
