Great experience from the shuttle driver to check-out and pay. I like the personalized approach that Enterprise takes vs. the grab and go at Hertz. Leave time to find a gas station around Enterprise, there are few.
Ultra-frequent shuttles, well staffed office with super friendly young workers. Lower prices than the other big names and new cars. AND...I accidentally left my suit jacket in the trunk. They tracked it down and overnight delivered to my home across the country! ! !
Great service. Timely and as advertised. The compact car size I had requested was not available so they upgraded me to a larger one which was great, no additional cost to me. The only issue I had was all the fees - airport, city etc. - that were tacked on.
I've always had a good experience with this Enterprise location. I travel to Chicago 5-6 times a year and rent from this location. They are fast to get me into a car and out. The process has never taken more than 5 minutes. The only issues with traveling to this Enterprise location is the Chicago weather and they can't help that.. :)

Got great service. I asked and paid for an intermediate SUV and got upgraded to a standard size SUV after I expressed concern that my family and luggage would not fit in a standard size SUV. The Ford Traverse we got was in great condition with only 1200 miles on it. We got the tollway and gas options and got our money's worth. The provided great service, helping us with our bags at every step of the way. We arevery satisfied customers.
