Great an efficient service! The enterprise agent was really nice and friendly. He answered all my queries with patience and composure. The shuttle ride was very comfortable and the driver was awesome! If you're visiting Chicago, this is THE PLACE where you should rent your car from!

Great Customer service. Shuttle driver was friendly and helped load/unload my luggage. The customer queue was huge when I reached there but noticed the self-serve kiosk and confirmed my reservation in 5 minutes. Great staff who listen to your needs and let you pick a car. Overall an awesome experience.

These guys were great. An especial shout out to Jose for calming helping me get a great car to rent. I arrived here frustrated because I had originally booked with Advantage, but Advantage has the dumbest policy that you need proof of insurance to rent a car if you live within 60 miles...have insurance would imply I own a car and if I own a car, I wouldn't be renting when I live close by. Anyways, this Enterprise was able to get me a car really quickly without any delays. Thank you and thank you Jose!!
We have been using Enterprise locally whenever my undependable car would go out of service, (replaced that car). Always polite personell, never to to up sell. Appreciate how quickly we were able to get our car and get on the road.
Enterprise associates at this location were great. I love the organization and way picking up and droping off car is seamless. Great eat service, love it and the price was awesome
NIGHT and DAY difference! I normally rent cars from the "other guys" due to company policy, but they changed the policy to Enterprise and I am SOOOO GLAD they did!! I got treated like a person...like they cared that I was there! I was all frazzled when I arrived in Chicago from hurting my ankle trying to catch my flight, on time. The driver picked up my bag gladly and helped me off when I got to the rental office.
