The team at Enterprise were wonderful! Very professional and courteous from the moment I stepped into their office. Receiving the car and drop off was a breeze!
I rent from this Enterprise location each time I visit Chicago (12 times last year) and have always found the service to be just outstanding - rain, snow, or hot humid days. The cars are well maintained and the staff (especially the shuttle drivers) are just great.
I rented a vehicle that had a slight issue with the steering. I wasn't upset with Enterprise since it was most likely the last driver hitting a curb to cause the issue, but they took care of me and were very apologetic. Great service, great company.
This place is awesome, want to say a special thank you to Sam, she was great. You guys sure know how to treat people, keep up the great work. You all are by far my favorite, and will keep using your company all the US as I travel. Great work Chicago Team
I have never been treated like a first class customer in any rent-a-car place until I came to this one. I was greeted by a person right outside the building (much appreciated especially in cold Chicago weather) and everyone I spoke to there and I mean everyone (including the shuttle driver) were polite. In fact, so polite it almost made me feel like they have mistaken me with some other VIP customer. Would not choose any other rent-a-car.

I always use this Enterprise when in Chicago. They are probably one of the nicest rental car companies I have ever experienced. Greeted by an actual person as I step off the airport shuttle and walked right through the entire process quickly and politely. Only suggestion is to hand out directions for the car return as my GPS took me back to the airport (with their address) and they were hard to find with roads under construction. Other than that, the car and rate was GREAT and I will be back next time!!!
Great service and follow through. When I returned the car mistakenly carrying my local host's ice scraper, they were kind enough to ship it back to them, calling regularly to update me about its progress. Not many places help to fix the customer's mistake like that!
These guys are ROCK STARS!! Flying in from Texas to Chicago, the rep upgraded me to an all wheel drive knowing the weather would be bad. The next morning, I was early for my meeting and that's because she anticipated on my behalf. Turning the car back in was a breeze! Won't be using anyone but Enterprise!
