Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The car was great and clean. I am very happy with their services. I would come back anytime to rent another car.
I prefer Enterprise to other rental companies because you can book reservations on their website without having to give your credit card. This allows me to check their site up to the day before I travel to see if rates are lower. This location was great. While it is not technically located on the airport, it's a five minute drive. The shuttles were quick and they didn't wait around for 20 minutes waiting to fill upwith passengers. I was not aware that Enterprise was not actually located at O'Hare from my renting my car online. It was very cold & we had an infant with us, but had to go outside to catch the shuttle. I was convinced that getting the $7.99 per day chg for any tolls was practical because there were a lot of toll roads in the Chicago area. However, the GPS in the car evidently was set to not travel the toll roads because we onlyencountered one. Got off the shuttle bus and within 15 minutes I was adjusting the mirrors and rolling out. Clean car, good price. Completely satisfied am I.
I formerly used Hertz but the prices at Enterprise are consistently better, and most of all, the service at Enterprise is friendly and accommodating. I don't know how they train their people, but their workforce is always the most cheerful and friendly.
Love my Hometown and the People, known as the City of Big Shoulders. My experience at the O'Hare Enterprise office and rental agreement were awesome. The staff is experienced and very friendly. Just a class act and quick service.
Absolutely the most friendly, best service I have ever had from any company in years. Can you please start a secondary business and train the "service" people at AT&T, TWC, etc. You would make fortune. I booked my one way car on a secondary website that never sent confirmation. I've concluded it was a bogus site. When I found out on arrival and also that renting on the spot would cost about $150 more I panicked, having been traveling abroad for a month and anxious to get home.
