Every time I rent from this location, I am greatly pleased. Not ever a time where it wasn't satisfaction. Wish they all treated you like this location
The people at enterprise were friendly, answered all of my questions, and even spent some time getting to know some of my interests without taking up too much of my time. They were also helpful in answering my follow-up questions during the week after I had left the rental place.
Shuttle drivers friendly and helpful-shuttle clean and well air conditioned. Facility clean, customer service personnel well informed, helpful and pleasant. Car in excellent condition inside and out - I couldn't have had a better unless they had sent somebody to drive for me!!

This is always a great location to rent from. I have rented cars from here on multiple occasions. The first time, I was under 25 and only had a debit card. They did not turn me away. All of the staff here are helpful and nice. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling into or from Ohare.
Enterprise is my exclusive choice for business car rental, not only for myself but for my entire organization. We have made this commitment based upon years of experience and the above average service we get from Enterprise. Recently I was in Chicago and was processed through the Schilling Rd facility. The service I received at this location was far above average and what I consider to be excellent. Great job by all....and thanks.
The car was good but not clean on the inside. The same was told to the agent while returning but did not get any response from him. Otherwise everything was good.
We had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The pick-up, car, and explanation of the charges went off without a hitch. The best part of the experience was when we dropped our car off. it was before the facility opened, at 3:30 am. There was a shuttle waiting to take us to O'Hare airport. On the ride to the airport, my daughter left her phone in the shuttle. we did not realize this until 30 minutes after we had been dropped off.
