I received a free upgrade to a great car because the economy size was gone! The process was very smooth, quick, and service was great! I will definitely use enterprise in the future!
Very thorough and prompt service at the O'Hare location. I will use again when visiting the Chicago area. I was less impressed and not as happy with the service at other Enterprise locations.
Enterprise service was flawless and I got to take advantage of a perk reward for a free upgrade. They were washing cars when I arrived, so I lucked into a double upgrade. They explain everything clearly and are very kind. Return was simple and efficient. We were at our gate two hours early, which at O'Hare is often a miracle.

At Chicago O'Hare. Really quick in and out. Made it very easy. I also like the reasonable return fuel charges Vs prepay. The other services triple Enterprise 's rates on that item
