The service was prompt and courteous. When there was a mixup on my bill, the service person corrected the bill in my favor and saved me half on the charge for the car. Everyone was very cooperative and friendly. The only downside was that they didn't have the specific type of car that I reserved. But the car I received was fine.
Arrived at O'Hare and had to wait longer than usual for pick up. About 15-20 minutes. When I arrived at the rental center I Just mentioned in passing. They were concerned for me and since my size car was not ready, they upgraded me for free to get me going. I actually received a call from the manager who apologized again. This is what customer service is about. Very Good Job Enterprise!
Free upgrades on both rentals this trip. Agents are friendly, but clearly harried and rushed. You get the sense that they are being timed on how quickly they can rush you through.
Several people in line when I arrived, however more agents came out and we were offered the use of the kiosk. Took less than 10 minutes from stepping off the shuttle to driving off the lot. The return was even quicker. Staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.
Flew in for a quick one day business trip, the shuttle bus was right there when I walked up and the check in was less than 5 min. Drop off was just as quick. I look forward to flying back into O'hare to this kind of service. GREAT JOB from the driver of the shuttle to the guy who checked me in and out.
My first rental with Enterprise. I will be back! After dismal service with Hertz, and minimal service with Dollar, I decided to try Enterprise. Service was outstanding. Cheerful helpful staff at O'Hare. Had my choice of 3 cars in my chosen category. Easy checkout and check in. Not a single negative in my entire experience.

Signed up to rent a car via COSTCO during a busy time of the year (school graduations). Had a good deal on a 12-day rental. Andrew could not have been more pleasant to work with and even negotiated the e-pass add-on. When we went to choose a vehicle, they were running a daily special on larger vehicles that would have normally been reserved.
