Excellent customer service. Pick up was quick and the whole process was smooth. Drop off was even quicker!!
Excellent Service. They we're there when we step out the shuttle bus. The gradations we're easy and the staff was very nice.
Came in at 6am on a Wednesday with jet-lag and extremely tired with a reservation. The staff was extremely kind and friendly unfortunately I was not felling it due to my mood but Zach was nice and understanding the car selection was slim but with a small additional fee Zach put me in a plush Chrysler 300 wich had me smiling like a clam.
My flight was delayed, I was mega-grumpy and when I got to the Enterprise desk, all my troubles went away. They took great care of me, gave me a free upgrade to a fun little sports car and did not push the insurance (which I'm already covered for and my company will not reimburse). Thank you for the absolute zero hassle and amazing service you provided!
After arriving at O'Hare I was at the Enterprise office within minutes.I worked with David, who was extremely helpful and courteous.There was a large selection of new vehicles to choose from and David familiarized with the vehicle I selected.Great service and very helpful staff. Next time I'm in Chicago I will certainly use Enterprise.

It was good overall. but they should have 24hr service at other enterprise outlets not only at OHare

Enterprise staffers certainly are kinder than those at other O'Hare-based rentals. Great service. An effort is made. Some of that's sales, but some just plain politesse.
