“Fewer reviews on your site” Fewer reviews on your site. One of the color/size of pants that I wanted was not available. I'm trying to size sliding shorts where the cup pocket is only attached at the top and bottom of the pocket.
“The shopping experience is great, but the shipping...” The shopping experience is great, but the shipping does not make sense. It says standard shipping but the first day available is 15 days away. If I paid $60 for next day I would not arrive until 7 or 8 days from now. This doesn't make sense.

“Your shipping dept doesn't recognize my street address” Your shipping dept doesn't recognize my street address. UPS ships here all the time. It would be nice if the customer had an option to override your invalid delivery message. I now have to send my order to my empty house and hope it doesn't get stolen before I get off work.

“Shipping charges way too high” Shipping charges way too high. One of the items I tried to buy was out of stock. I would not have bought the other item and paid such a high shipping charge for 1 item. I will be more careful when dealing with Epic Sports in the future.
“Epic Sports has Terrible customer service!!” Ordered 2 items on July 22, with an arrival day of August 1st. As of July 30th still haven't shipped. Left 2 messages and sent an email inquiring about ship date. I never heard back from anyone. Called waited 25 minutes for a customer service agent. Was told one item was not available for 2-4 weeks. Asked why I wasn't notified or why the in stock item wasn't shipped. Didn't really seem to have an answer. Very rude and uncooperative!!! Will never shop epic sports again!!
