“I ordered 65 reversible tshirts and shorts and sent...” I ordered 65 reversible tshirts and shorts and sent the logo for the screen print. I paid for them through our purchasing department. I called sales rep (Mitch0 to check on the order on a Thursday, he said he would get back to me on Friday. the following Tuesday came and I called again as I had not heard from him. When I got him he said there was a mix up and I was only charged 3.47 for screen printing on 1 shirt but was charged 104+ dollars for the screen print setup.... read more

“This is the 2nd time I've ordered Baseball pants through...” This is the 2nd time I've ordered Baseball pants through Epic Sports. The First time they gave me 5 more Youth Large and 5 less Youth Medium than I ordered. This time I strictly ordered 5 pairs of Youth Medium and nothing else. I received 5 Youth Large. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. If I wanted Youth Large, I would have ordered Youth Large.

“Horrible customer service” Do not order from them unless you want to wait forever. They don't keep anything in stock and order from the manufacturer so an order placed on 3/14 for white baseball pants aren't expected to arrive until 4/3. They charge shipping and if you want to cancel because of the wait you will pay a 30% restock fee. I was on hold for 45 minutes for customer service since they had never responded to the email I sent. The representative was very rude as well. “HORRIBLE Customer Service” I placed an order on Thursday 3/14 for items I needed on 3/21. I looked at the estimated delivery dates to make sure I chose the right shipping based off the order shipping within 1-2 business days. I called this morning because my order is still "in process" and not shipped to find out the status of my order shipping and was told they USUALLY ship in 1-2 days but there was NO GUARANTEE that is would ship in 1-2 days and my order is still being pulled from the warehouse. “I wear XL, when I called in my order I so stated that...” I wear XL, when I called in my order I so stated that but what was available was AL, I asked does the chest protector come in XL the person that took my order said she didn't know, I asked will an AL fit me, she didn't know, I got the Al and it doesn't fit, come to find out they do make it in XL but YOU don't have it XL, and now it's a major headache trying to send it back.
