“Worst Customer Service of my life” I'm sure you hear this all the time but I want to take the time to express my concerns and horrible experience I've had. I ordered the baseball pants to begin with but the pants did not fit (my fought). I then proceed to return those pants that were the wrong size which I had to pay for shipping. “I was on hold for 20 minutes over the phone” I was on hold for 20 minutes over the phone. I said i wanted to buy some pants. I was then transferred to a voicemail box and just had to hope that someone would call me back. I didn't want to leave a voicemail, I wanted to place my order.

“Paid for two day shipping and received it two days...” Paid for two day shipping and received it two days after the estimated delivery date. Order wasn't shipped until day it was suppose to be delivered.
“Horrible, Horrible Customer Service!!!!!” Their database is never up to date. They allow you to order and may not receive all ordered items because its sold out. Also some items don't look like they do on the website. I ordered some girl medium and large shirts that arrived looking like doll or toddler shirts. “I've had issues with the website / pages not loading,...” I've had issues with the website / pages not loading, and have made several different attempts tonight to get through the entire process to order submittal. I would consider changing my rating if my order shows up on time or early, but the website is having some serious issues. Tried at different times and with different browsers as well.
