I was told that the goods were not shipped until March 9 (the day our season started) and after the ETA for actual delivery. No one called or e-mailed to let me know that the shipping was going to be delayed until after the arrival date -- if I had known that I could have cancelled or modified the order. “Orders missing with no resolve” Orders missing with no resolve. 5 calls, took option for return call, not 1 return call however system showed 1 vm left for me when placed 6th call & obtained Cust Srvc Rep. Offered to repurchase and obtain refund to meet our timeline. We were denied that option (Max & Cory). We had to reorder anyway to meet our timeline. Undertrained, unprofessional Customer Service staff, Faulty phone system.
