As a first time home buyer all I can say is Eric Putt and his team is the Absolute BEST! I've heard so many horror stories about the home buying process and how stressful, draining and nerve racking it can be. This was NOT our experience! Where to start? Buying a house during the height of the craziness was impossible without the incredible support from Alex. She was unbelievably responsive and worked so many magical scenarios that I was always positioned competitively when making offers. When we found our true dream home but hadn't yet sold our previous home, she figured out how to make it happen. Closing was on time and an absolute breeze. I cannot recommend Waterstone highly enough!

Eric and his team I believe are the reason we got chosen to buy our house. We were not the high offer, but the investors who owned the property still chose us. Eric made a phone call to the selling realtor to confirm we were solid clients and he could close on the timeline they desired. That desire turned out to be 19 days.
