The roof was installed in 1 day. Called the install manager and told him of a couple issues that needed addressed and was told the installer would be back to fix things. Unfortunately still don't have a way to vent exhaust fan in bathroom through the roof and still not able to close and latch gate after installer left. Mind you lived here for 22 years and never had a problem with the gate before the they did this roof job.
I was leaving one day, and I put in for a free quote online. Less then a minute later, when I was leaving my phone started ringing. They kept calling, and I blocked the number. And then they started calling from MULTIPLE other phone numbers. They called me at least 40, if not 50 times. Really seemed more than desperate at that point. The calls only stopped after I called and woke someone up at 2:30am in the morning. I definitely would not recommend them, unless you like your phone blown up with excessive calls.
I had a horrible experience with this company. Cancelled last minute on an appointment and then when on to say they can’t help me because one of their employees messed up on area distance. From there they were not kind and did not help me find a company that could help me in my area. I would not recommend this company with their disrespectful staff members and negligent behavior.
Although there were a few nails and shingles and some trash left behind, overall I was satisfied with the job. I realized after the fact that they didn’t replace a portion of the gutter I was promised which, fine my fault for signing that the job was done. My real issue is that the company that dropped the supplies off ruined my neighbors yard, the case manager Adriana I believe was her name, assured me that it would get fixed, she gave me her bosses number as well but told me not to contact him that she’s take care of it. Might be a good product-too soon to tell- but they have a lot of scheduling and work force issues. Told multiple times they would call us back with updates and didn’t. They had no problem depositing our large deposit check on first business day available but couldn't provide teams to complete work due to work force. We were having guttering replaced as well and salesman added replacing gutterboards as well to the contract. Turns out Erie doesn't even do gutterboards. One of the questions I asked was if I decide to cancel how easy is the process? I was told that if you're looking to cancel we don't want to move forward with the contract it's just a waste of time and will give you time to think about it, however the big discount we're offering you will probably not be available, but you do have three business days. New roof installed with a double tear off, some wood replaced. Excellent job on the roofing and wood repair. Terrible job with cleaning up. Had to buy a magnetic pickup to clean up all the nails (approx 70+) and wood and shingle debris all over the yard and driveway. My biggest complaint would be the damage from the truck and trailer on our back yard. Erie Roof has been nothing but a problem for me. Once they got their 23k, it seems like the contract went out the window. They insisted on installing it in mid January when i was out of town. From flashing to drip guard, the roof was installed wrong. I had to call out someone to redo flashing, then not much rain last year, but when snow was melting this spring and all rain, water just poured through my sofit and overhang, causing major water damage. Satisfied with new roof. Crew did good job. Not happy with cigarette butts all over front and yard plus in street. Also, one of the workers urinated behind our garage...not cool and it smelled
