Everything went great with the install. However communication was not 100% due to new managers as were told. And have yet to know how to pay the loan. The install crew did not even known to dispose of an old satellite dish and was going to leave it hang off the side of our home.

Harassment nonstop with their auto dialer calling every hour, emails every hour. After I told them to politely stop they did not. Continue to be bombarded and harassed. Completely disgusting marketing and targeting tactics.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! I HAVE RECEIVED MULTIPLE CALLS DAILY EVEN AFTER I ASKED THEM TO STOP CALLING. MAKE IT STOP OR I WILL BE FORCED TO SEEK LEGAL ADVISE FOR HARASSMENT! I DONT WANT AND NEVER WILL USE YOUR COMPANY!! THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS I WAS FORCED TO RATE.

This would have been 5 stars but there were many communication issues that happened. The work they did so far has been great they finished in a timely manner. We have had massive rains since the roof was put on with no issues. The house is notably cooler. I have gotten an electric bill yet but I am waiting to see if it goes down. The roof looks great and the yard clean up was done very well except there were nails in the gutters that came down the downspouts. I believe they could have used a magnet for the gutters. During the sales pitch we were told that we would have a 30 warranty and if something were to go wrong all we needed to do was call and it wouldn’t cost us anything. You are charging innocent people way more then you should. There are families that are good people and needed a roof and you charged 44,000 which takes 10 years to pay off. You should be ashamed of yourself. ON top of you knew you were supposed to do the flashing on the chimney and you did not. Now you are suppose to go back out and do that but trust is already broken. The installation was so terrible they had to do it twice! They forced us to accept an install in January when temperatures were in the teens and we had snow completely covering our old roof. The install had missing sections of flashing, decking, and drip edges (causing water damage to wood under the roof); multiple exposed nail heads visible on the surface of shingles; the ridge vents were not fully nailed down; there were multiple spots with shingles that did not seal at all and you could lift up with no resistance; we expe... read more

Job done on time called sales person left message never returned call said I could call anytime also lots of clean up in pool . The contractor to remove and replace solar panels must only do on weekends cost was top dollar and no one seems to know about snow blocks myself and salesman talked about for solar panels
