What a pleasure it was for me to work with Audrey in the Stamford, CT location. From the moment we met, I knew I was in excellent hands. Although I was only in search of a sofa, she went above and beyond in creating a digital display of how my living room could/would look. She came out to my home and took measurements which was extremely helpful because I wasn't sure which size sofa to order. There was a delay in delivery and she was on top of it with phone calls and emails. I feel very lucky to have met Audrey and won't hesitate to work with her again.

It is a great pleasure for me to work with Mary, from day one. I'm one of those undecisive customers, Mary is professional, and patient, she came to my house, assessed the place and gave me great advice, for measurements and colors to go with my walls, even the height of the furniture to accommodate my 6' body. I have just received my couch, and I'm very happy 😊 with it. I'm now waiting for the chairs. I will definitely work with Mary again and shop at Ethan Allen.

Mary has represented me for years and has helped me design 3 different homes. She was always very considerate of my needs, my style, and desires for each project. Although I am not the easiest person to deal with. For example I have been known to say " I saw this carpet or this picture" either on line or in an Ethan Allen store somewhere, I simply describe it -not always 100% correctly, but she knows what I am talking about and she finds it. She never complains and is 100% professional and honest. That is a very special person. We are currently working on another project - re-designing my new home. Can't wait to see it all come together.

Another great and successful shopping experience at Ethan Allen! I was looking for a new couch for our family room and I knew that Ethan Allen would not disappoint. My shopping experience was made better exponentially by Audrey Dinkeloo, the sales associate who offered to assist me. She was courteous, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like I was shopping with a friend of many years. I would recommend the store and Audrey to anyone shopping for furniture.
