Mark McIntyre is a really good and hard working designer. He recognized right away that we needed and in-home consultation and made time to make that happen on the spot. When he came to our house, he took meticulous notes of the space and measured the entire area and came up with the floor plan. The very next day. Both the designer and the furniture are fantastic! Finally, a family room couch that is comfortable yet stylish. Classic furniture with fresh fabrics that coordinate with the existing walls, fireplace, and rug! Mark McIntyre selected gorgeous fabrics and art and truly listened to our preferences. Rondell is incredibly talented, personable and truly listened to your needs. I could tell within a minute of our first call that he could quickly zero in on style preferences and expectations. When we arrived for our in-person consultation, he had a number of options already designed and ready to review. This made our selection so much easier. I set up an appointment with Ethan Allen design services for our living room and was lucky to have Mark McIntyre come out. He came and measured the room, asked questions about how the room was used, styles we like, colors, etc. He met us back at the showroom a few days later for a follow-up review, showed us a 3D layout, and he captured everything we wanted perfectly!! I would give 10 stars if I could to Mark McIntyre. He listened and understood what I was looking for in a bedroom set. Not only was he attentive and detail oriented he was so fun to work with. He would answer my questions on his days off so I didn’t have to wait to make some decisions until he was in the office. He made the design process seamless. We had a great experience had this location. Mark McIntrye helped us pick out living room and bedroom furniture for our new home. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but he really helped guide is to make sure everything went well together. Would definitely work with him again
