When I went into Ethan Allen's yesterday, all I knew was that I wanted a small recliner. Mark McIntyre took charge and bingo! i ended up with the perfect one. Mark took the time to go over every aspect of the chair and how easy it was to open and close....i was a total beginner. Mark treated me with great respect, great humor, and was truly professional . Thank you, Mark. I am most grateful and can't wait to get it here.

This is a long overdue review of Michael C.! Three houses turned into homes and many years! Michael’s interior design skills have been spot on for us - we have never been disappointed. He always goes above and beyond to help. Even if he doesn’t have the answer, he finds a way to make the best of any bump that comes up in our long standing decorating friendship. I wanted to update my living room. Mark was recommended by a decorator now retired. I called Mark and meet with him at my home, later the same day. He spent 2 hours in which he made suggestions, he showed me pictures and measurements. We meet a few days later and he was ready with the room plan and fabrics. I was very pleased with his choices. Michael was great. Helped pick the best furniture for my living room and family room. He really picked pieces that fit the space so well. His eye for color was amazing. He did not put any pressure and made sure all our needs were met. 100% would recommend him to anyone!

Love, love, love working with Michael. He has tremendous design skills and tailors his plan to fit your house and personal preferences. He gives us options, while providing direction, so that we are happy with the selections without being overwhelmed in the process. Lastly, he is very organized with his scheduling, and follow-up.
