It was the most fortunate day ever when I walked into Ethan Allen looking for assistance decorating a new construction house and met Janet Morganti! I am so grateful to Peggy Fortuna, Jenn and Elizabeth from your Danbury store. I had bought a sofa bed with an air mattress there 11 years ago. It was starting to deflate. I spoke to Elizabeth who contacted Peggy about this issue. Since the pump was working, she concluded that I needed a new bladder. I was concerned about picking it up and installing it myself.
