Ethan Allen

We were very pleased to have purchased our sofa from Ethan Allen and working with their designer Thomas Buffo. He guided us through the selection process with his expertise, creative eye and his patience. He made a home visit before our final selection and also came to our home on the day of delivery to ensure all went smoothly. The sofa we selected is really beautiful and I am delighted to have worked with Thomas on choosing our lovely sofa.

I'm writing this before our couch has arrived- but we really enjoyed finding our couch at Ethan Allen. Thomas Buffo was a delightful mix of enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and attentive. We never once felt pressured, and instead felt like he was really there to help us figure out what we wanted and what was best for us. The rest of the staff was amazing in entertaining our daughter while we were in the home stretch of finalizing our decision. Buying a couch should be kind of fun- but it is such a big purchase that it could easily feel like being in a car dealership. Thomas made sure it never even got close to that. He remembered our names naturally and instantly when we popped back in unannounced after initially emailing that we were going to hold off on the couch after all. With the combination of space and information that Thomas gave us, it was pretty stress-free and we made a decision we are excited about. It helps that Ethan Allen makes amazing couches too- super comfy, classic, made in America, and my understanding is that they don't off gas a bunch either. We feel good about our purchase all the way through. Thanks Thomas!

I had a GREAT experience shopping at Ethan Allen furniture showroom. Carol Owen, the designer assisting my purchases, was a valuable asset. She came for a home visit, created several digital layouts on paper, suggested furniture and fabric options, and communicated thoroughly our order shipping details. I was very impressed, and will be a returning customer in the future. The furniture that I purchased is of very high quality, as I was expecting of Ethan Allen furniture.

We recently replaced our Ethan Allen couch which we bought in 1972. It was still serviceable, but we were ready for new. The selection process was good, the sales person knew the stock in the show room very well, and we are very happy with the couch.

The design center is gorgeous from upstairs in the quick ship shop to downstairs in the new Disney area! Can't wait to go back. So many choices - I need a bigger house!
