Gabe and the Ethan Allen team recently did an outstanding job with our difficult living room. He took the time to come out, get measurements and gave me over a dozen layout options. When we narrowed it down, he made my examples 3D to make sure I could visualize. The furniture arrived today and it matches the 3D renderings exactly. He handled my experience from start to finish to include being available via text (I live far away) on the day of delivery to make sure the experience was perfect. We are very happy to have purchased a new sofa and chair from Ethan Allen. We replaced an older Ethan Allen pull out sofa with a new sectional. The older sofa was still in excellent condition, surprisingly based on the amount of traffic it has seen. But it was time for an upgrade. We also bought a chair. Both should arrive soon. We were very pleased to have purchased our sofa from Ethan Allen and working with their designer Thomas Buffo. He guided us through the selection process with his expertise, creative eye and his patience. He made a home visit before our final selection and also came to our home on the day of delivery to ensure all went smoothly. The sofa we selected is really beautiful and I am delighted to have worked with Thomas on choosing our lovely sofa.

I'm writing this before our couch has arrived- but we really enjoyed finding our couch at Ethan Allen. Thomas Buffo was a delightful mix of enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and attentive. We never once felt pressured, and instead felt like he was really there to help us figure out what we wanted and what was best for us. The rest of the staff was amazing in entertaining our daughter while we were in the home stretch of finalizing our decision.
