I received a beautiful desk, chair and file cabinets from my brother in-law when he change his home office decor. Unfortunately the files were locked and he could not find the key(s). After contacting Ethan Allen I was told they did have the key replacements at the warehouse and for a very reasonable price, sent me the new keys which worked fine.
