I'd been looking for a hall chest for ages and was shopping online and saw one at EA on sale. So, I decided to stop in at the Rancho Mirage store to see if the chest was on display. I was fortunate to work with Benjamin Odden on our upholstered bed. He was very patient, ordered samples and we had a zoom meeting, rather than just a call, to help me further with the fabric selection. His collaboration was informative and allowed me to go with my heart on a particular fabric. It turned out stunning. Benjamin kept me informed of the progress, which is really nice, and the delivery team was very courteous as well.

We were in the midst of a home remodel that involved furnishing three rooms with several pieces of furniture on a tight timeline. We wandered into Ethan Allen on a whim and Benjamin Odden took us in hand and helped us pick out the perfect chairs for our dining room. He was super patient, helpful, and creative, and the result was a home run! He even followed up to make sure the delivery was satisfactory (which it totally was), and answered our questions about caring for our fabulous new chairs. Two thumbs way up!
