We have been an incredible satisfied customer for over a decade. Recently, I went online to order leather counter stools for my dad. I went to the chat feature and Benjamin Odden, design consultant, was excellent! He provided a terrific customer experience - responsive, followed up with updates and made sure we were satisfied after delivery. We worked with Tad Boetcher and he was terrific! He pulled colors together and was able to utilize some existing (Ethan Allen) furniture we purchased in another city to coordinate with new; the final results made us so happy. Coming home now is a joy as the new house looks so fresh and modern. Thanks, Tad!

We walked into Ethan Allen in Rancho Mirage looking for a bed and ended up with an entire bedroom suite. How did that happen? We again had a good experience working with Tad Boetcher at Ethan Allen-Rancho Mirage. He helped us with our living room and dining area in the past and he did an excellent job. We went back to see him recently for assistance with bedroom furniture. He was well prepared for our appointment.
