Our designer, Rebecca, came to our house to checkout the space we need to decorate. She understood our style, took measurements, & invited us to the store for a presentation. She was very well prepared & we loved her ideas! The only flaw, & it’s not Rebecca’s responsibility, was that some of the items were not available for us to see in the store. Excellent service & products.

During the Covid shut down, in April 2020, I purchased a sofa, two swivel chairs and a beautiful rug from Ethan Allen in San Diego thru my sales person, Nicole Baker. I live in NJ and the design and fabric selections as well as the order transaction were all done on line and thru emails and a few phone calls. Nicole made excellent design recommendations, which included my rug and throw pillows and of course the fabrics for the 2 chairs and sofa. We recently purchased a few pieces of bedroom furniture from Ethan Allen store in San Diego. It was an easy and pleasant process. Our design consultant Rebecca Zhou helped us in choosing the right fabric with her extensive knowledge and professionalism. Her follow-up call was great in keeping us informed on the delivery schedule. Ethan Allen is our top choice in home furnishing.

We have used Ethan Allen for furnishings literally for the past 40 years. Our original dining room is still going strong, a tribute to the quality. When we want furniture and want it to be the best and to last a long time, we call Ethan Allen. Our most recent transaction also recognizes Nicole Baker in the Clairemont Mesa store. My husband and I are long-time Ethan Allen fans. We bought a new house and went furniture shopping for the first time in 15 years! Most of the stores had nice-looking furniture, so we went to Ethan Allen. We love the quality and the fact that it's made in America. Rebecca Zhou led us through the process of finding ways to update our old favorites with new pieces. We are thrilled! She has a wonderful sensibility and is so good at helping us visualize the result. It was such a fun and satisfying collaboration!
