Working with Robin Julich was a wonderful experience. She was SO thorough answering questions we didn't know we had, but things we definitely needed to know. She worked well with my husband and me, which is not an easy task. We have very different design values. We love the new couch. The delivery guys were adorable. Very efficient and respectful.

Robin Julich was fantastic! She helped me coordinate fabrics and when I wanted to go too far she prevented it. My new family room looks fantastic and is timeless and comfortable.

I recently purchased my first couch from Ethan Allen and I couldn't have had a better experience! I worked with Laureen Heissenbuttel and she was amazing! She made the entire process genuinely enjoyable, communicated promptly throughout, and she went above and beyond to even mail me a piece of my chosen upholstery fabric so I could pick out pillows to match while I waited for my couch to arrive. We have purchased several Ethan Allen pieces over the years. There's are reasons why we keep going back...quality and service. Our salesperson, Robin Julich, gave us great advice on our purchases, which this time included a coffee table, 2 endtables, 2 nightstands, a bedstead, and a chest of drawers. The delivery guys were so personable and careful. If we ever need more furniture, we certainly know where to get it!

Such a great experience! I had been looking and also considering reupholstering my current chair. The fabric selection was hands down the best in the biz. Robin was so knowledgeable, down to earth and did not pressure one bit. I went with EA and even added a loveseat due to the fantastic warranty. The delivery was awesome and the delivery people were just as good!

Laureen was wonderful from the moment we met in the store to the follow through after delivery when I still had design questions. She was fantastic at helping me to sort through the fabrics and my thoughts! We got it done quickly, with minimal stress. After having looked at furniture for months I kicked myself for not going to EA sooner. Delivery was quicker than expected, the drivers were efficient and very nice.
