Susan Diamond has done a fantastic job "LISTENING" to us and what we hope to accomplish in the redesign of our living room and dining room. Such a little thing to do, but has been a pleasure to work with her because she did it. Her ideas are fresh and in line with what we were looking to do. My husband and I met Susan Diamond who helped with the purchase of a dining room table, chairs and other items. Susan came to our home to measure our space, and to suggest additional items that could work for the "look" we wanted. We received a picture of what our space would look like with items we purchased. She was patient, and the service was professional. We have purchased from Ethan Allen in the past, and the service has always been great!

When we arrived at Ethan Allen we had no idea the possibilities for our living and dining area. We were very lucky Rachel was our designer, and guide thru the selections and layout of our new living spaces. Rachel is thorough and professional, and has that knack for color and style you cannot teach. My Journey with Lisa started several months ago shopping for two recliners. After several visits we decided to purchase. Lisa visited my home which lead to upgrading several rooms. Several days later we visited with Lisa and other than 2 small changes we chose all of her recommendations. Since Thanksgiving all of our purchases have been arriving as planned and the delivery people have been excellent. I would highly recommend Lisa. Best MGM

What a pleasant experience we had working with Lisa picking out the final touches to our decorating project. We had drug our feet on picking out the most difficult items, in part due to “burn out” and “hoping for perfection”. Lisa had visited our home on a Sunday and by Tuesday she had everything lined out for our meeting at the store. She was spot on with all of her choices so we were done just 3 hours later. She really made it easy!
