Service was incredible at Ethan Allen. A designer came to our house, measured and provided feedback to match with our aesthetic and our existing furnishings and decor. He continued to keep us updated on the progress of our order, providing excellent customer service and answering all our questions promptly and pleasantly. When the furniture arrived, I was blown away by the quality. We have been so impressed every step of the way — we will definitely be returning customers!
