I have worked with Joye Mayer at the West Main, Kalamazoo store since I moved into my condo last fall. She listened to what my thoughts & style were & put together a beautiful living room which I love ! She is always very helpful & honest when I ask her opinion. She is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her. She has given me great ideas for other additions to my home. I trust her design eye & her judgement. She is always there when I need her !

We recently visited Ethan Allen In Kalamazoo, two hours from our home. We were going to just do a quick walk thru to see if anything appealed to us. Dee Gwiazsowski greeted us warmly and offered to drive to our lake home. We were enticed by her enthusiasm and decided to take her up on her offer to drive a distance to help us. We consider Joye Mayer from Ethan Allen in Kalamazoo to be a valuable member of our family. From our first encounter almost twenty years ago when we moved to a different house, to a furniture upgrade a few years later, then a big family room renovation, and finally, a new cottage build on Lake Huron! I have worked with Dee Gwiazdowski at Ethan Allen for a few years now. She has come to my home many times, and each time she comes, my home becomes a little more beautiful. She has helped me select bedroom furniture, wicker furniture, two sleeper sofas, a credenza, a great kitchen table, chairs and bar stools that fit my space perfectly...and we're not done yet. Dee worked with me as I was helping a friend move. She pretty much “held my hand” the entire time since I cannot design or match. She helped pick out paint colors-whole inside was repainted. (5 bed 3.5 bath). She helped me work with Migala and get the right flooring (carpet and wood) and she was wonderful helping to pick out two rooms of furniture as well as art work. I have worked with Jeree Drake on several occasions and each is a delight. She always takes the time to get to know me, my needs and my overall style. She has done an amazing job helping me furnish my new home. My only regret is not doing it sooner!
