I have never had such exellent service when shopping for furniture in my life! I about left in tears- I was so happy. I went to the Grand Rapids Ethan Allen to purchase a bench - not knowing how things would all come together. Kris was so kind, helpful, respectful, joyful, knowledgeable, and come to find out later was the manager! WOW, she sure is in the right position. I have been working with Thressa Hylok for over 20 years. She has helped me with the design and furniture for every room in our existing house and with rooms in our prior house. She is currently helping us with our lower level family room. She offers great ideas, is very flexible and willing to come to the house to see the space and offer paint color suggestions, window treatment ideas flooring and rugs, as well as furniture options.
