I have never had such exellent service when shopping for furniture in my life! I about left in tears- I was so happy. I went to the Grand Rapids Ethan Allen to purchase a bench - not knowing how things would all come together. Kris was so kind, helpful, respectful, joyful, knowledgeable, and come to find out later was the manager! WOW, she sure is in the right position. She was so interested in helping ....gave me her card and said to call if I wanted help putting my room together. So glad I called, she is an amazing Designer! My bedroom is beautiful! I bought a dresser, bookshelf, art, was unsure on a fabric bed and she suggested a metal bed. After a few phone calls, pictures and so much patience, I ordered the bed which will pull everything together, along with a lamp and throw. Kris couldn't have been more helpful. She called and checked on deliveries and has made decorating easy! All the details... finding me pillow shams, toss pillows, a desk, she took care of it all while keeping me informed. Thank you Kris, you have gone above and beyond to help me. I knew what I wanted and you made it happen! Thank u for sharing ur wisdom and talent with me. Life is crazy but in the middle of a pandemic YOU made it fun. Ethan Allen -thanks for making such beautiful furniture and having such precious designers ready to help. Just yesterday I was back and bought a table and ordered chairs, thanks for setting up that appointment Kris...you truly are the best!

Thressa is so professional and helpful. She listens to what I want the home to feel like and translates that into the perfect design. We reached out (virtually) to Ethan Allen for help redesigning our living room early on a Saturday morning and we were matched up with Thressa. It didn’t take long for us to realize that we had hit the jackpot. She provided us with an exceptional level of service. She asked great questions, listened, explained, and, ultimately, helped us come up with a design plan that really works for our needs. We’re really excited about the plans for our new space.
