Our previous Ethan Allen sofa had finally worn out, after 19 years of hard use, and in June we went to Ethan Allen in Englishtown and worked with Hanna to have our next perfect sofa made for us. They had some nice choices available for quick shipment, but we had specific ideas of what we needed in terms of size, fabric, color, and comfort. We recently moved from NJ to Nevada and left our old furniture behind.I did not want to wait until we actually moved to order furniture as that would mean we would be without for 2-3 months waiting for shipment. Iris Bessler made the process simple and fun. Thru pictures and dimensions of the house she managed to suggest the perfect furnishings for our new home. We love this Ethan Allen location! Everyone had a smile on their face when we walked in, and took the time to say hello. Dawn and Tanya were very welcoming and helpful from the beginning. We are glad that Dawn was there to help us with our purchases. She took the time to set up and show us all the wood finish options for our dining table and bed frame. That really made it a simple process for us to make a decision.
