Sally and Gino spent a good bit of time with me and my husband as we choose furniture for our new home - several visits over several months. We love our new pieces! All of the design selections and options were clearly provided, expertly chosen and curated for us. Gino and Sally actually came to our home (a new build) before we closed, just to check the space out! Jennifer Alexander has consistently provided us with outstanding assistance. She’s always friendly and very professional. We’ve redone our dining room furniture, our master bedroom, and recently our living room. On each occasion, she has worked with us to help us make great selections on furniture and fabrics. She follows up with updates on delivery timing and promptly resolves any issues should they crop up. We couldn’t be more pleased with her help and with the final results on all three occasions. I worked with Gino in selecting new bedroom furniture: Kingston bed, Cayman night tables, Marques dresser and Ginger tall chest in the English Toffee finish. I went to Ethan Allen, I found a Beautiful painting in the showroom. Gino Layne offered a Great option to hang horizontally in my room. He kept me updated weekly with emails. After the painting was delivered, he and Sally hung the painting in my Family room. They’re both very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great customer service!!

Based on recommendations from others, we decided to go with Ethan Allen furniture. We were only planning on getting some sofas, but Gino worked so closely with us and gave us other ideas to tie the room together that we got a few more items.
