I went to Ethan Allen, I found a Beautiful painting in the showroom. Gino Layne offered a Great option to hang horizontally in my room. He kept me updated weekly with emails. After the painting was delivered, he and Sally hung the painting in my Family room. They’re both very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great customer service!!

Based on recommendations from others, we decided to go with Ethan Allen furniture. We were only planning on getting some sofas, but Gino worked so closely with us and gave us other ideas to tie the room together that we got a few more items. His expertise was essential to put our living room together! We did not feel pressured to buy all of the items he suggested, and only bought some of the items based on our current needs/budget. However, I loved working with him to give me ideas for the room for the future. He helped me step outside my comfort zone while also making sure I didn't go too crazy. Highly recommend working with Gino and the other designers at Ethan Allen.

We have long loved our Ethan Allen furniture, and one reason is because of the great folks who work in the stores. We had an issue with a dresser we purchased about 8 years ago (when we still lived in Los Angeles, before moving to Raleigh). Two of the drawer pulls fell off (unscrewed) and we had to remove the drawer from the dresser cabinet to screw the pulls back in (there was a partition that blocked access from inside the drawer). I could not figure out how to remove the drawer, so I called Ethan Allen (in North Raleigh), and Neal Blevins (the Design Center Manager) explained the process of removing the drawer -- involving moving a metal stop under the middle of the drawer to a parallel position with the glide. But I could not get it to work. Neal then asked where we lived and volunteered to stop by on his way to the store the next morning, to see if he could fix it quickly. Way above and beyond the call of duty. He stopped by when he said (9am), and was quickly able to remove both drawers. I had misunderstood some of his phone directions, but he was wonderfully gracious. So 5 stars and more for going out of his way to help us. I decided to shop Ethan Allen because I was looking to update my family room and wanted quality products and service. Fortunately I was lucky enough to have Jennifer Alexander respond to my request for design advice. Jennifer has been so wonderful to work with and has now been to our home twice to measure and evaluate the space. I love her style and her attention to balance and colors. She helped me choose gorgeous fabrics that will completely update my family room while still allowing the new pieces to flow nicely with our existing decor. More importantly to me, she solved several decorating challenges unique to our home, allowing for better flow and seating. I was sold! If you are looking to redecorate or simply refresh your home, I would not hesitate to call upon Jennifer.
