We have long loved our Ethan Allen furniture, and one reason is because of the great folks who work in the stores. We had an issue with a dresser we purchased about 8 years ago (when we still lived in Los Angeles, before moving to Raleigh). Two of the drawer pulls fell off (unscrewed) and we had to remove the drawer from the dresser cabinet to screw the pulls back in (there was a partition that blocked access from inside the drawer). Design Consultant Jennifer Alexander is the best designer ever! By looking at photos and asking the right questions she was able to determine my decorating style and the colors that I like. She came to the house, measured and helped me to envision what the furniture and fabric selections would look like in the space. The fabrics, patterns, colors and design are perfect! She nailed it the first time! I can’t wait until delivery day!
