We worked with Tamie at the Perrysburg store. She was friendly and helpful, and not at all pushy. She made several suggestions based on what we were looking for and always answered emails/texts quickly. We fell in love with the Carlotta sofa, but the Perrysburg store doesn't have one in stock. Tamie went above and beyond to find one that was in driving distance for us to see. Syndey was amazing, she was warm, friendly, quick, responsive and incredibly resourceful on live chat and when speaking over the phone. She was a MAJOR factor in my choice to purchase furniture.
I hit live chat and Sidney answered, perfection. Nice, professional and much needed help. My questions were answered and I was comfortable enough in the knowledge I gained to just go ahead and order. Great service.
I worked with Sydney on redesigning my master bedroom and she did an amazing job! She was extremely responsive as well as flexible. She provided several options, all of which were beautiful and classic. I would not hesitate to use her again in the future to help with any design needs.
I wanted to say that Tami did a fantastic Job. RecommendedI was looking for a round wooden kitchen table and chairs to replace the ones we had for 30 years. Tammie spent many hours with us over the course of three days helping us to make all of the decisions for the furnishings of a new home that we are building. Great experience with Sydney at Ethan Allen in Perrysburg Ohio. We were looking for furniture to fit into our living room and needed help with the layout. She brought samples of material to our home to see if it went with our wall color and decor. Sydney provided great choices and we were able to get a sofa, two chairs, rug and coffee table in the space. She is very polite ,on time and very accommodating. We enjoyed working with her.
