I had the distinct pleasure of getting assistance from a Design Manager named Ms. Tamie Tehensky. This individual provided excellent assistance and invaluable info which ultimately helps the customer to make an informed decision. Kudos to Ms. Tehensky for such a high level of competence !!

I was shopping for office furniture and stopped into the Perrysburg Ohio Ethan Allen. Janet Hanley greeted me and graciously helped me with my purchase. She was patient, knowledgeable and gave me tons of suggestions. The manager of the store also gave me ideas and listened to my needs. Ordered the Cayman King size bed in cinnabar and the matching end table with the help of Sydney in the Perrysburg Ohio store via the phone. She was knowledgeable, polite and patient while we went through the order details and financing. Ethan Allen should be proud to have a designer like Sydney!!!!!

I actually ordered my sofa over the phone never stepped foot into the store. Karen was excellent and made the whole process easy. It was a quick ship and ready in 30 days. I love my new Shelton sofa. Absolutely stunning!

My wife and I were very pleased with Karen Hallett at EA in Perrysburg. She was very helpful in picking out the perfect bed for us. The Colton Kingsize bed has excellent quality and workmanship. EA's delivery people were very professional and helpful. Would definitely use EA again.

After looking at several furniture stores, I purchased a sofa with a chaise from Ethan Allen. In addition to EA quality, Sydney Roe is a phenomenal designer. I was impressed with her professionalism and bubbly personality. She made me feel comfortable and assisted from the beginning to the end. She is accessible and does not pressure you.
