Lisa Gallagher was awesome. She understood exactly what I wanted and helped me find the correct fabric style everything I needed. She was amazing. She had great suggestions but the main thing I loved about her, she understood my vision. Andy, the delivery driver, was very professional and courteous also. Absolutely loved my Ethan Allen experience.

I walked in the store and a lady by the name of Dena Pratt approached me and spent a lot of time with me. She even showed me the sale room with lots of great deals in it. She offered to come to my home and help me pick out the right table and chairs to fit my home at no charge. She spent a couple of hours of her time with me at my home. That was really impressive! I did not buy anything that day and she did not make me feel bad nor did she bother me. I called her a couple of weeks later and ordered from her. She is the BEST!!! We love Dena Pratt ❤️

We walked into Ethan Allen for the first time not knowing what to expect. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Maggie Hayes and begin our relationship. Maggie and I have been texting all hours of the day and even on the weekends (including on a holiday) because she goes above and beyond to try to nail down your style, wants, and needs. I love and appreciate that she takes into consideration what pieces you already have and will tell you honestly if they will work in your space or not. She doesn't push any style or ideas on you but instead she LISTENS to what you want and goes from there. I feel like I can trust Maggie because she cares more about what makes me happy than pushing a sale on me and for that I am so grateful! Not only is Maggie someone you can trust, she has a degree in design and has excellent style! Maggie, thank you so much for all of the countless texts, calls, and hours I know you have spent trying to make us happy! I really appreciate all of your patience and taking the time to drive over an HOUR to our house on a Sunday because we were freaking out over our sectional fitting. Because of the relationship we have built with Maggie, I can assure you we will go back to Ethan Allen and ask for Maggie in the very near future!

We are very pleased with our new chair! We have worked with Brenda Duck in the past and she is wonderful to work with! The whole experience from finding a chair that we would love to having it delivered couldn't have been any better. We have always loved the Ethan Allen pieces that we have purchased and highly recommend the brand and the people who make the experience so positive.
