Just want say Susan Knolton with Ethan Allen is the best!! I purchased a new sofa and and end table, she was so helpful to me. Susan was always there for me , if I had any questions, she could always answer them to my satification. She is a very good at what she does. She gets 5 stars from me!! Maxx Batson

I could not have done it without Ethan Allen Designer Susan Knolton! Susan knew just what I was looking for and completed two rooms around that concept. She provided design ideas, furniture layout plans and detailed quotes in a very timely manner. It is also important to note that Susan has extensive product knowledge and wonderful design skills! All of this was so helpful when we made our purchasing decisions. I will also give 5 stars to Ethan Allen furniture! It is beautiful, classic and very well made. I am looking forward to enjoying our new furniture for many years to come.

Alexander at the Knoxville Design Center at Turkey Creek ROCKS!!! It was such a fun & easy experience working with him. He came out to the house and measured to make sure what we were looking for would fit the space and our style. He made it so easy to pick out the perfect furniture and colors that complimented each other and worked so well in our house. He really listens and is never pushy and is such a great talented designer. Our furniture is so beautiful and we our so happy!! We would definitely recommend Alexander wanting beautiful design and new furniture. Although I came to Ethan Allen Knoxville only to shop for a new coffee table, console table and end tables for my living room remodel, I could not have been treated better by the sales and design team. I was given clear pricing and accurate delivery information, but I never felt any pressure to purchase. Susan, my design consultant, helped me coordinate the tables I was shopping for with the pieces of furniture I had already bought elsewhere. She gave decorating tips to pull everything together, and offered to make a home visit if I needed additional assistance. While another store promised delivery within 8 weeks, but took 11 weeks to deliver, Ethan Allen told me to plan on 12 weeks, but actually delivered closer to 9 weeks. My experience with them was fantastic from start to finish. I’ll be sure to make Ethan Allen my first stop next time I’m shopping for furniture.
