We had Sharon Berman as a designer, and she was great. We had some difficulty with a rug that we ordered, and she took care of it promptly.

We had Courtney help us with our formal living room. It turned out beautiful, and she was so great to work with. Great communications from her despite Ethan Allen itself taking over five months to deliver a simple table lamp. Definitely pleased with the quality and level of service.

Spent in excess of 20k to refurnish family room and breakfast area, including an area rug. Had significant delays/issues regarding delivery of some of the items, but that’s for another review. This one is about the rug. When it was delivered, our Ethan Allen designer told us it had a one year warranty, but did not give any details and did not provide any paperwork re the warranty. After about 3 or 4 months of use, an area of the rug was looking a bit worn, but there was also some “wear and tear” soiling, so we had the rug cleaned (without detergent) and was told be the cleaner that the soiled area didn’t look clean like the rest of the rug because it was worn. I the contacted our designer and sent he photos of the affected area of the rug. After several months, she finally tells us that Ethan Allen decided that the warranty was voided because we had had the rug cleaned. We are no longer customers of the company and warn you to be careful in your dealings with them. They are definitely NOT consumer oriented in my opinion and experience.
