Great consultant, Lisa Herbert, delivery went very smoothly (even in a pandemic), and the piece is beautiful and comfortable!
Our designer, Lisa Herbert was the best! Quality customer service, products, and delivery. All were outstanding. She even helped over the phone with additional purchases after the original sale. We find great value in our experience with Ethan Allen. For over 40 years, it’s still our needs in favorite place for all our furniture and home decor.
My sofa is perfect, it’s beautiful and comfortable. My expectations have been met!
I engaged with Julie at the Ethan Allen store. She asked me what I wanted and she showed me several different sofas and gave me an overview of each one. We discussed fabrics, pillows, and frames. After hearing about each of these items I picked the sofa and loveseat of my choice with a beautiful fabric. I later purchased a chair and ottoman from the same collection. It took awhile to get my choices but it certainly was worth it. They are just stunning. I will be doing more business with Ethan Allen.
Recently decided to return to Ethan Allen to refresh my living room after 8 years and I’m so glad I did! Michael and Andrea were both wonderful and helped select beautiful fabric for a new sofa and chairs. The delivery was seamless and the customer service is always fantastic. Such a great store!

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience working with Andrea, Red, with Ethan Allen in Virginia Beach, Va. Andrea is incredibly talented and has helped with several rooms in my home over the last five years. In addition, the quality and durability of the furniture has been great.
