Nine months ago we purchased a sofa with the help of Shruti Balakrishnan. We contacted Shruti when we noticed squeaks when we sat on the sofa, and cushions began to sag. The next day the service rep Brian called to make an appointment to find the problem. Within an hour he located the failed hardware and repaired it. Our sofa is now better than new. We appreciate the immediate attention to the issue, and the free of charge repair.
Shruti is an exceptional interior designer! Her in home design visit considered every detail in the space including flow, furniture placement and fabric choices to create a complete finished look. She is an experienced professional, respectful, smart, honest, logical and thoughtful designer who is a true delight to work with! She continues to earn our business!

I have to say that Ethan Allen wasn't the first place I went when looking for a new sectional and club chair, but it certainly will be next time I shop for furniture. Shruti was excellent at listening to what I wanted and finding the exact fabrics to make my dream living room a reality. Shruti was very professional, personable and efficient in helping us design the chair. She also communicated clearly the progress of our chair. The chair arrived in our house many weeks before the original estimate. We are happy customers!
