My husband and I had such positive experiences working with Diana Dacen at Ethan Allen in Calgary! I had the pleasure of working with Diana Dacen from the Ethan Allen store in Calgary. Diana was a pleasure to work with. She came to our home, took pictures and measurements and listened to what style I wanted to create. We went away for a month and during that time Diana communicated frequently via phone and email and used 3D images to show each room and different furniture options for us to consider. We just bought a new living room at Ethan Allen and I don’t have words to say how happy we are. We had a designer her name is Maureen and everything we asked her she delivered. She is amazing and she has a very good personality. She was very professional in everything also trying to make our living room to look like us. We stopped in at Ethan Allen looking for living room furniture. Baha was so helpful! She showed us how our new furniture would fit using a 3D display! We could see how a large or small sofa would fit as well as 1 or 2 chairs. We were even able to change the size of the Ottoman! We looked at a number of choices for color and patterns, unaware we could mix them!!. A bonus was her help with new wall colors. I originally went to Ethan Allen to view a piece of art that I saw on their website and to look at sofas. I was fortunate to have met Baha on that visit and found her to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She provided sofa options for our space that would work with some existing pieces and over the course of a few days we ended up ordering the piece of art, a sofa, 2 occasional chairs, and 2 throw pillows! I was at the Calgary store to look for a new couch and was very fortunate to have Baha serve me. Turns out my first choice of the couch was way too big to go in the elevator or the stairs so it had to be returned to the store. This is when Baha came to my rescue and after spending a tremendous amount of time on my file, she recommended a smaller couch with a beautiful neutral colour and the softest of texture. We recently purchased a sofa, two swivel Chairs , coffee table, nesting tables and a rug from Ethan Allan - Baha was our designer and she was very helpful with our purchases and gave us very good recommendations- we would definitely use her service again!
