I've been coming here since pre-covid era as our family loves açaí bowls. I especially enjoy the coco-love base they offer. I feel like they are constantly changing things (menu changes/ordering process) which over complicates something that shouldn't be. The prices have significantly gone up, which I understand due to inflation everything has gone up but the main reason I've been turned off from coming here is that they won't accept cash payments! Couldn't finish it. The açaí consistency is not what it should be. It seems to be premade where as other places give you the option to blend it with different milks and/or apple juice etc. The flavor was off and was too sweet. Managed to eat the toppings but not the base. Staff was nice and welcoming.

The good: I started coming here because Juice It Up is horribly slow and wanted to try a new spot. I always order the same smoothie and it tastes great. No issues on quality or taste from me. Customer service is great too. The bad: In the age of COVID...in the age of monkeypox...why does my smoothie come with a straw already inside my drink and the straw is completely uncovered/unwrapped? FYI...three out four times I went to this Everbowl they were out of something. First time, out of Açaí...yep the main ingredient. Second time, out of coconut and third time out of granola. What's up? Not like they have a extensive menu. Disappointing never the less. Get it together Everbowl if you want to keep doors open.

Love this place and how close it is to my gym. My husband and I stopped in tonight and we are addicted now, we both had the Everbowl bowl and it was DELICIOUS. Chance was very pleasant, super kind and very professional. We love to see genuinely nice employees who keep us coming back!

Last time I went to everbowl was pre-Covid when a large bowl cost $8. You can imagine my reaction coming back to a large bowl costing $16 yesterday. I am completely shocked at these changes. 1) they don't make their açaí on the spot anymore and the pre made doesn't taste no where near as delicious 2) prices have literally doubled ... doubled since I have last been here. Hi Tracy! Our bowls have gone up in price due to inflation because of COVID and our $8 bowls were a couple years back, well before COVID. What we offer now allows for more customization, efficiency and improves consistency. It is also a more premium base, it is still blended, just off-site so that we can offer more options. Unfortunately, in order to stay afloat during these hard times we had to raise our prices from back in 2019/2020 at $11.75 for a large to $12.99 for a large. Excellent customer service here. They're so kind and helpful and do everything they can to fix any issue. I've been coming to this location for a while now and I've always enjoyed their bowls. Especially now that I've recently found out about my gluten allergy, this has always been a great place for me to get a nice breakfast bowl or just to treat myself when I'm feeling low. I love this place and I love the staff for being so helpful and kind. I appreciate their hard work and I'm thankful for them.

I hate to be the one to have to say this but this location sucks. I came in yesterday and as soon as I get in there I'm greeted by an employee and she starts making my bowl. The bowl that she made me was looking good until I saw the fruit. Majority of their fruit was browned and old looking. I requested fresher fruit but she said that this was all they had at the moment. Was at one time my favorite. Slowly losing its greatness. I give it 2 stars because Dylan is amazing & it's almost always yummy. Cons- their bowls are inconsistent in quantity. They added sugar to almost all the bases so it makes it less healthy. & the reason I'm writing this review is because they are now corporate & don't care about the customers. THEY CHARGED ME OVER 2$ FOR A REGULAR PLASTIC DISPOSABLE SPOON TODAY WITHOUT ASKING IF I WAS OKAY OR WANTED TO PURCHASE A SPOON! Take your business elsewhere
