So impressed. Had Everdry waterproofing done 9 years ago. *********** venting installed also. No problems. Had a torrential rain storm last year that overwhelmed everything but our sump pump kept working (they made sure we had the right size for our basement). Then we had them install the ************* battery backup sump pump system in case we lost power and couldn't get the generator going. Recently had a power outage and the ************* worked perfectly. We live in Kawkawlin so we usually contact **** and ****** at the ******* office with any questions or if we need a new pump. Great people, very knowledgeable! Thank you. **** T

We purchased our home back in **** and immediately started to finish the basement after being assured that it would not have water issues. Sadly, a month after the basement was finished we discovered how misleading that assurance had been. We hired Everdry to come and fix the issue and all these years later, our basement remains dry and have had no issues whatsoever. Thank you Everdry!

In 2020 EverDry installed their multi step basement waterproofing system to our 145 year old home. From when we moved in 2006 thru 2020 the basement had been a dank wet dungeon . Anything we put down there wish you were to be ruined within six months. We would go months without even going down there. Since Everdry installed the waterproofing system we now have a whole additional level of usable space. There has not been drip of water down there since the day they left. This is an old basement but very large so we are talking about a quite significant amount of additional space. It is also safe to say that this has significantly increase the value and longevity of the house. I cant say enough about how great of a job at a did!

We first discovered Everydry when they reached out to us about the annual service contract on the home we had just purchased. Previous owner didn't tell us anything about it. Once it was all explained it took away some of the stress of wondering what we would do in case of a problem with our system. It's nice to know that Everydry has our back if something goes wrong. And their people are very friendly.

In the spring of 2009 I desperately needed help with water in the basement of my **** built home in Lansing, Michigan and had no idea who to call! Thankfully, after searching the web I chose EverDry. Best decision Ive ever made. The repairs were very extensive and overwhelming to this homeowner! They had to trench all around the foundation inside and out of my home, install drainage pipes and put in a sump pump. As you can imagine, it was an extremely expensive repair. But I can honestly say, i have never regretted one *****. The EverDry crew was professional, hard working, respectful of my outdoor foundation gardens, the interior of my home and cleaned up everything. Ive not had a drop of water in my basement in the past 13 years. What I especially love is the lifetime warranty I have with EverDry. When the original sump pump gave out last year, they came right out and replaced it with the newest pump available and it didnt cost me a dime. I highly recommend EverDry!!!

We met Everdry at a Lansing Home show in ****. There services sounded like it was a fix for our basement. Our house was built in the early 1800's, field stone basement walls. Yes it leaked a lot. They were at our home for about 2 1/2 days, cleaned up and gone. We had the outside and inside service with the easy breathe exhaust fan. 19 yrs later still dry. Grand Ledge Mi.

We met The Everdry *** at the *** Home and Garden show Back in ****. We had them come for a free in home estimate. Upon getting the estimate , we waited a few days, called back to get on the list. Our house was built in early 1800's, field stone basement walls. We had water every time it rain. We have three sump pumps and a eszy breath exhaust fan. The team was at our house for about 2 1/2 days, cleaned up and gone. Store things in our basement now. Been dry for 19 yrs. Grand Ledge Mi.

My husband and I were unhappy with the moisture in our 1940's basement. Several years ago, on our quest for completing many Home improvement projects, we found Everdry Basement Waterproofing. They had a booth at the Lansing Home and Garden show at MSU. Their representative came to our house, at a convenient time for us, and explained the whole process from start to finish. Although the cost for the system may seem expensive, it is worth every *****, and we are so happy that we decided to have our basement waterproofed. The professionalism of the staff, on the day of the project, was amazing. They took great care to respect not only the interior of our home, but the exterior as they dug around our foundation to do what was necessary. We would recommend them to any of our friends and family, because we are so happy with the service they provided. In 2005, we had our Everdry basement water-proofing system installed in our home in Swartz Creek (Gaines Township) Michigan. Their solution for our wet basement included the installation of an interior drainage system under the basement floor with two new sump pumps, sealing the exterior walls, and installing an EZ Breathe air exchange system. In the 17 years since the installation, we have not had any water problems in our basement and the air exchange system has worked continuously the entire time. Since the system continuously removes water and the sump pumps runs frequently, the pumps do occasionally wear out or need service. As a result, Everdry has installed 4 new sump pumps that were covered under their maintenance program. Every time that I call for service, they always come the same day to address the problems. I would highly recommend considering Everdry if you are looking for a solution for a wet basement.
