Manjyot came to my home on a Saturday to help sort out our account issues and spark up the booster pods. We’ve got problems with signal strength in a large part of the house that we haven’t fixed yet. But Manjyot spent 3 hours working on it. There’s a technician coming in a few days to work on it. I’m really happy with the level of service and attention we received today. So then we migrated 4 cell phones from Fido to Rogers. Service matters most.
I am unbelievably happy with the incredible service Manjyot and Exceler8 Marketing have given me this past week. Changing internet and tv providers is normally a nightmare experience. Not this time! Manjyot and her team covered both ends of the process by securing my new provider, then closing my previous services and then to top it off, she had to train me how to handle the different scenarios that would then appear on my iPhone. First class service from initiation to installation. Kapil and Rohan explained the new system clearly and concisely. Kapil even followed up to check after the installation. Patrick installed the system effectively and with the same level of quality client service.
Excellent service and Manjyot was technically quick and knowledgeable. She solved any problems and helped even on her days off. Great job transferring us from Telus.
