Disgruntled Nice room. Pleasant front desk. Comforter visibly stained. Towels and washcloths visibly stained. Checked out early. No recourse/refund since booked through Hotels.com. Admitted to lax laundry.

No ice, breakfast, outlets, phone.... Asked for coffee pot and dishes, not delivered until next day after calling to ask again. No coffee with the coffee pot. Phone in room broken. No outlet on one side of bed. No ice machine. Breakfast was just little granola bars. Asked front desk for a band aid they had none.

Not clean, not friendly front desk stuff, and no breakfast! Would not stay there again! Also very expensive!

Disappointed We opened refrigerator and water drained out to the floor. The problem continued although lightly. I had to clean floor every time the door was opened. More disconcerting was the fact that the toilet would not completely flush. Although we were not in our room very much that wasn't very pleasant. I went down a couple of times but no one was at the desk. When there was somewhere there they were waiting on people so I want able to get our problems resolved during our short time at the hotel. Dirty bathroom My first room the a/c sounded like a jackhammer. My second room the bathroom wasn't cleaned. There was hair, used soap and shampoo in the tub. There was used soap on the sink. There was garbage still in the garbage can (tampon applicators!!! More than 1). No hand towels. No bath mat. Very disappointing!!!

Room was not clean/Obnoxious hotel guest,rm 145 I realize this hotel doesnt have hskp unless requested but i entered in the room and alot of dog hair was all over the floor and rugs,and my dog likes to get underneath the bef and OMG,so much dirt, hair and even a used condom! And another hotel guest was complaining about our truck cab being parked in the back,where truck cabs are allowed to park,spoke outside his window yelling and being disrespectful towards my husband,but he was smoking inside his room and blowing the smoke... read more
