I'll pass I mean it was cheap so how much can I complain too much. There was a roach in our room, no maid service, the "kitchen" didn't come equipt with ANYTHING. Not even a coffee pot, plate, or cup. We had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk if we want clean ones. Staff was nice but wouldn't stay there again

Horrible hotel The lobby was very drab, dirty, very unwelcoming. The room like wise was very drab, horrible lighting, almost like neon lights, not relaxing at all. The bed was very firm and there was only three very thin pillows. We loved the area and would return but never to this particular hotel.

Night Clerk Needs Training!!!! While checking in after a six hour drive, the male (African) clerk was less than nice. He was rude. He took about 15 minutes trying to figure out where the reservation was. He then had me hand write the forms. It was a huge inconvenience!!!

The room was clean. It just had a stale or cleaning smell which lingered for my 2-day visit. No cookware. Past visits to other ESs had them. Never was able to connect to their Wi-Fi, even though I followed their verbal instructions over the phone. The accomodations were just "ok ". It was simply someplace to sleep.

Hotel in Akron OH Mittelmässig in allen Belangen. Zimmer wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes weder gemacht noch gereinigt.

sinking fast Have stayed here for one to four nights every week for the last two years. Some rooms have been refurbished, but many still need it badly. Service has steadily declined. They advertise their kitchens, but recently removed all cookware and utensils. Not even a coffee maker, cups or ice cube trays. Also a new practice of calling your room at night to determine how early you plan to leave the next morning. All during this decline their prices have increased approximately 37%. Very dis-satisfied Pros...bed was comfortable, room fairly clean ( outdated, old carpeting with lots of stains). Convient to lots of shopping and restaurants. Cons,,,kitchenette had NOTHING in it! ( plates, silverware, coffee maker, not even paper towels). No attached hair dryer, exhaust in bathroom didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't shut ( I was sharing a room!)). No work station with a desk and chair as described. And worst of all... The windows were not suitable of a third floor building to pass code. The screens did... read more

Hotel was convenient This hotel was clean, shower was powerful, however, they just changed their policy and there were no amenities in the room. You had to ask for everything! No shampoo, no coffee maker, no hair dryer. But if you ask the front desk they will give you what you need. They had a spacious kitchen - completely empty! No dishes, no silverware, no pots, no glasses etc etc.
