Good overnighter! A great deal for an overnight stay! Rooms we're clean and quiet with plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Staff couldn't control noisy neighbors until 3 am. I called the front desk to complain of other guests upstairs who were pounding things on the floor (my ceiling) and just too loud at each of 11 pm and 1:45 am, but it didn't stop until 3 am. I decided not to return for the second of my two-night stay.

Bad customer service The first lady in afternoon lied to me about the room was not.ready made me wait for no reason I was tired when I woke up so you know this place is no go

No hot shower! Excellent location, and the room and building were fine. Clean too. But, for both nights and in spite of a complaint after night one, there was no hot water in the shower. Scalding hot from the kitchen and bathroom sink but luke warm at best in the shower, even after the front desk clerk supposedly put in a work order. Still the same problem on morning two. Unacceptable to have no hot shower for two days!

Hotel stay My stay at Extended Stay America was ok. There was nothing special about it.

Never again The room was very sparsely supplied. For extended stays towels and linens are only changed or supplied after 6 days. Kitchenette was very short on utensils, no paper towels, one small, one-use packet of dish detergent and one dish towel. I was told everyone was expected to bring their own. Who knew? The whole hotel could use a good sprousing up.
