The property and rooms aren't too bad, although there are roaches. Management is the most rude group of people I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry. Everyone of the ladies, the young dude and older man are pleasant, are extremely rude and offer no customer service. The general manager is the worst of them all. Stay away
This has been the worst experience ever. Our family arrived to the hotel with two children late, just before 1 am, and nobody was at the front desk. This was tonight. There is a phone on the side that says “dial 0 for late check in,” so we did that. Nobody came and we were not the only ones standing there waiting. After walking around the property twice, we finally found a girl come out of the laundry room. She apologized to us and said she was doing laundry, and to follow her so that we could check in. The room want very clean. Urine stains on the toilet seat, hairs everywhere, sticky spots on the table, towel rack broken, dripping shower faucet and the bed covers were super thin with no extra blankets anywhere, which sucks in the winter time. Also, there is hardly any room between the fridge and the table, which makes it hard to open it. The facilities are decent. The room was clean. The dishes they provide for you to use for two people lack in quantity (2 plates, 1 skillet, 1 pot, 1 plastic cup, 1 spatula, 1 large stirring spoon, 1 fork, 1 soup spoon). They don't clean the rooms daily. Don't know when they schedule to clean the rooms. I've been here since Friday, and it is now Tuesday morning, and there hasn't been a knock on my door from housekeeping yet!!
Location is great, staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. However the first room I was put in hadn't been cleaned from the previous tenant; covers undone and a dirty towel on the bed. The second room had a black light for one of the lights on the nightstand... also, only one towel, no TV remote either, and the alarm clock didn't work. That said, the price was CHEAP, and it was safe and accommodating. I got what I paid for, and it was okay. Definitely don't stay if you're grossed out by... well, basically anything. 😂
