Unhappy WORST HOTEL I'VE STAYED EVER. DIRTY N NASTY. IT SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN OPEN DURING OUR STAY, THE WHOLE PLACE LOOKD LIKE A DUMP.

Sucky Ducky The room failed to meet expectations. I have stayed here before and was shocked at the conditions. However, the staff was very friendly.

Not a good Stay They declined my reservation as they had major water damage and transferred me ten miles away to another hotel. The second hotel was a dump just off of the Interstate and had many problems. People working on their junk cars in the parking lot. Low end clients and second rate rooms. I will never stay at this chain in this area again. Not to mention the freight train that goes by every hour with it's horn blowing.

Get what you pay for Room was fine and served its purpose. Was a little surprised to find a previous occupant's food in the refrigerator. The Hotel itself was in a good location, however is in need of some serious updating. Shower heads were not adjustable and water pressure wasnt good. I was out and about during my stay and primarily just needed the bed to sleep in and shower. It served its purpose.

Over nite stay in Austin I rented two rooms for an over nite stay. Both were as expected for the price level. My problem was that the bath room floor in one of the two rooms was very dirty. I doubt that it had been scrubbed in months. I checked in late and when I realized the issue, the front desk had closed for the night (at 11PM). I left word at the front desk the next morning that the bath room needed cleaning. The clerk did not acknowledge my comment as I turned in the room key.

Not recommended The bed was hard as a rock, the floor would have been more comfortable. The individual in the room next door had the TV so loud we could hear every word from the show, and this was at 2am. I will give credit to the staff who did talk with the individual when I called to complain. The volume did get turned down. The a/c worked, though it was very loud and wouldn't regulate itself.

have accurate directions first! I had a bad experience! Two map websites gave me wrong directions, which got me completly lost. The website says you have to check in by a certain time or you lose your room and still get charged. I called ESA and told the employee I would be checking late. I told him I would have to call back later for directions. He said that was fine, he would be there to answer the phone. When I called back, nobody answered for 20 min.
