Not clean The lady on the front desk was very good but the room had bedbugs and the hallways are dark, dirty and smelled of smoke. I wish I read the reviews before hand. I would choose somewhere else.

The. bathrooms are nice and their is a kitchen and refrigerator for your convenience

Bed bug in bed My stay was terrible found a bed bug in my hotel bed and he was full of blood thank god we seen it before it started feasting on our blood I have pic and a video I never going back there

Room stunk of cigarette smoke

I was hesitant to stay at this Extended Stay because we had a bad experience at another property. However, it was late and we were exhausted. Check in was easy, but the lobby was up inviting and worried me a bit. We were given a room on the third floor and the entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke. It permeated the carpeting and the entire floor. We hoped it wouldn’t smell as bad in our room, but it seeped inside the room. The property had no service at all. No cleaning, you had to wait or find a front desk person. We were double charged.. The manager was great, she helped but the staff is not good.

NO STAY, EXTEND STAY..... Not so good. Had booked a reservation several days prior to arriving, upon arrival, there were no clean rooms available, and no one to clean them. The desk clerk informed me that it would be a 20-30 minute wait before a room was ready. I declined, asked her to cancel it. There is no way in heck you can strip and change the linen on the bed, clean the bathroom properly, mop the floor and just basically sanitize a room in that short amount of time.
